Frequently asked questions
Why does my Samsung TV ask to allow my phone again?
In Settings › General › External Device Manager › Device Connection Manager, set Access Notification to First Time Only. The TV then asks only the first time a phone connects.
Can the app turn on my Samsung TV when it's off?
Yes, from standby, when Power On with Mobile is on. A TV that is unplugged can't be turned on over Wi-Fi.
